I think Improv Everywhere is just about the coolest, and check out their most recent joy-spreading prank - Guerrilla Handbell Strikeforce. Members with their own hand bells walked up to join a surprised Salvation Army bell ringer, and ended with an entire bell choir playing Joy to the World.
So cool!
